All orders placed on www.creativeedgeaudio.com (“the Website”) are subject to these Terms and Conditions (“the Conditions”). Please read them carefully and keep a copy for future reference. By clicking the appropriate tick box and submitting your order for goods (“the Order”) you are stating that you have read and accept these Conditions.
These Conditions do not constitute an offer and no contract is made until Creative Edge Audio has processed the Order.
Price
- On submission of the Order payment will be taken immediately by Creative Edge Audio. Once the Order has been received by Creative Edge Audio, an automated email response will be sent to you confirming the details of the Order but this does not complete the contract.
- The price of the goods and the cost of post and packing within the UK are displayed on the Website. However, Creative Edge Audio reserves the right to change any advertised price before it accepts the Order. Creative Edge Audio will inform you of this and give you the option of cancelling.
Payment
- Payment can be made by Visa or MasterCard credit cards, Switch or Delta debit cards as well as Maestro, Solo and American Express cards.
Delivery
- Creative Edge Audio will attempt to deliver the goods to the postal address you have given using second class Royal Mail postage within two weeks of the Order. Every effort will be made to deliver the products within this timescale however inevitably delays occasionally occur. Creative Edge Audio will contact you if delivery is delayed for any reason. If you have not heard from Creative Edge Audio and you have not received your goods within 2 weeks from the date of placing the Order, contact Creative Edge Audio in writing.
- A delivery note will be included with your goods. This will include the address for complaints and information about the returns policy. You become owner of the goods in the Order when they are delivered to you.
- Creative Edge Audio shall have no liability to you for any failure or delay in delivery of goods in the Order of for any damage or defect to goods delivered which is caused by an event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
Availability
- In the event that Creative Edge Audio cannot fulfill the Order you have placed you will be notified by e mail and refunded the money paid for the goods as soon as is reasonably possible. Creative Edge Audio will not be obliged to offer additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
Returns Policy
- Provided that you have not unsealed the goods, you may cancel the Order without giving a reason at any time up until the end of the seventh working day after receipt of the goods. To withdraw the Order you must contact Creative Edge Audio and return the goods to Creative Edge Audio with the seal unbroken and at your own cost and risk as soon as possible. In the event of an effective cancellation by you, Creative Edge Audio will refund the price of the goods and the cost of postage and packing on delivery (but not return) as soon as is reasonably possible.
- Nothing in these Conditions will affect your statutory rights.

Miscellaneous
- Unless otherwise stated any correspondence or notice required in these Conditions is to be sent to customersupport@creativeedgeaudio.com if from you to Creative Edge Audio and will be sent to the e mail address which you give if to be sent by Creative Edge Audio to you.
- These Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear all disputes arising in connection with these Conditions.
Interpretation
- ‘Creative Edge Audio’ and 'Creative Edge' mean The Creative Edge Audio Limited: a company registered in England & Wales; company number 5004736 at registered address 100 Elia Street, London, N1 8DP.
- 'you’ and ‘your’ means the person ordering goods under these Conditions on the Website.
